Having a stall with us will give you the opportunity to engage with around 10,000 people, both locals and visitors. From Candy Floss to Candles – all are welcome

Artisan/Craft Market
This is a new venture for 2026. To enhance the visitor experience we are introducing an Artisan/Craft Market. We hope this will showcase local crafts and artisan products. These will be grouped together and offer a brand new attraction for 2026

Charity Stalls
We wholeheartedly welcome charitable organisations to be part of Ledbury Carnival. Traditionally Ledbury Carnival association has not made a charge for Charities and Charitable Groups who wish to have a stall at the Carnival. In 2026 we are not planning to make any changes to this arrangement. However, we are sure you are aware of the rising cost of just about everything!
We hope you will have a stall this year and we hope you will have a great day raising awareness and funds for your fantastic cause. All we would ask is that you might consider making a small contribution towards Carnival running costs- suggested at £15.
